This year will Labutiken in Ljungskile take a new form, behind the new interior is Note Design Studio working strategically with the design based on the business brand.
Project Manager Johannes Carlström says this about the interior, we have along with Laxbutiken previously developed core values, words that describe what Laxbutiken is. The core value words – Devotion, Versatility, Nature and Popular have been minting the creation of the new environment. On this basis, we have designed a restaurant where visitors feel welcome and relaxed. Colour scale in fresh green against a base of white and seasoned with a contrasting black. Together with the unique design, furniture and new solutions the interior reflect in an obvious way Laxbutiken soul.
How Laxbutiken started... The origins of Laxbutiken come from fish farms that Christer and Margareta Lagnell started in the late 70s in Halland.
Every day 2/3 of the staff are working behind the scenes from early morning to late evening to prepare for everything that is sold throughout the day.
